Initial costs:

Domain Name Registration: $43. (3 years)
(Select term from 1-8 years @ $11. per yr, plus one-time $10 admin fee)
Web Site Host Account Set-up: $50.
(This is a one-time set-up fee for host server Internet Protocol (IP) account)
Initial set-up costs must be paid in order to begin design and development

Website design and development costs are determined by your choice of the following rates:

A deposit of $500. must be received before website design and development begins
By the hour: A flat rate of $50. per hour for new websites
By the site: A fee for the entire finished website, determined and agreed-upon by the client and Web designer
Redesigning existing websites: A flat rate of $50. per hour

Hosting Fees/Policy:

Basic* Website Hosting: $30. per month
Clients are billed quarterly (ex: Jan., Feb., March = $90.)
Payments are due on the first day of each quarter (Jan. 1, Apr. 1, July 1, & Oct. 1)
Late fee of $5. is charged after grace period of 15 days past due date
Website is removed from the Internet if payment is 60 days past due; There is a $50. reactivation fee to place website back online and resume hosting service.

Routine website maintenance for BayNet clients (edits or modifications to existing content on existing web pages) is charged at a discounted rate of $40. per hour and billed on the next quarterly invoice.
A rate of $50. per hour is charged for adding new content, photos, web pages, Flash, or PayPal to BayNet-hosted websites.
In most cases, routine website maintenance will be posted in 1-5 business days (depending on the volume of website maintenance requests). Maintenance requests are placed into a queue and are administered on a first-come, first-served basis.
Requests to re-design existing BayNet-hosted websites or add new content, photos, or web pages to these sites will be addressed as soon as possible, but could take 2-4 weeks to be completed. We are always in the process of designing and developing new websites and it is only fair and reasonable to administer all requests for new web content on a first-come, first-served basis.
BayNet Web Services will not perform any new website maintenance or other new services for any client whose account in not current and up-to-date.
Please Note: BayNet Web Services is closed on Sundays.
